Returns & Exchanges

We allow for returns and exchanges, so if you change your mind about your purchase, you are welcome to return your product to us within 7 days of your purchase date. This applies to online and in-store returns. To be able to return or exchange a product, you must provide a valid proof of purchase (including receipt or e-receipt).



  • Item must be in its original purchase condition, unused and resaleable condition.
  • Item purchased as part of a set or a multi-item pack must be returned as a whole set.
  • Item is not refundable if the product stated as SALE, non-exchangeable or non-refundable.
  • For online orders, shipping costs associated with the return of the product will not be covered by us.

Exchange/Store credit

  • Item must not be damaged and unused.
  • When we received the returned product, we will re-package and send it to you at no cost.

How to make a return?

In-Store Return

Please check that you meet the above return conditions
You are welcome to return an item in person at our Joondalup Lakeside Shopping Centre store.
Please note: In-store return is excluded with purchased with Afterpay, however Afterpay purchases can be returned in store for an exchange or store credit.

Via Post Return

Please check that you meet the above return conditions.
Find your order number/receipt number and contact our customer service team for refund at Please note: Return shipping costs will be at customer’s own expense.
