Returns & Exchanges
We allow for returns and exchanges, so if you change your mind about your purchase, you are welcome to return your product to us within 7 days of your purchase date. This applies to online and in-store returns. To be able to return or exchange a product, you must provide a valid proof of purchase (including receipt or e-receipt).
- Item must be in its original purchase condition, unused and resaleable condition.
- Item purchased as part of a set or a multi-item pack must be returned as a whole set.
- Item is not refundable if the product stated as SALE, non-exchangeable or non-refundable.
- For online orders, shipping costs associated with the return of the product will not be covered by us.
- Item must not be damaged and unused.
- When we received the returned product, we will re-package and send it to you at no cost.

You are welcome to return an item in person at our Joondalup Lakeside Shopping Centre store.
Please note: In-store return is excluded with purchased with Afterpay, however Afterpay purchases can be returned in store for an exchange or store credit.
